Our annual Craft Show is scheduled for November 21, 2026.
This event is free and open to the public! We can’t wait to see you!
Vendors
Returning Vendors:
Applications are being sent to returning vendors first and you will have until Monday, September 28, 2026 to return your applications with payment. (Cash Only)
New Vendors:
New vendors will be added to a wait list. Please contact Toby Collins to be added to our waitlist and we will contact you as spaces open up.
We will start accepting applications from new vendors on September 29, 2026.

Set Up Info
There will be volunteers available to help unload & load!
Vendors may set up on Friday, November 20th from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and/or Saturday morning starting at 7:00 a.m.
Coshocton DD & Hopewell School will furnish your table(s) and chairs for your space. (Please note....you WILL NOT have extra space for a rack to be set up outside of your table space.) If you reserved an electric space, you must supply your own extension cord.
Public WIFI will be available for transactions.
(NOTE: Vendors are NOT being asked to donate a raffle item.)
We also have a “Hopewell School Craft Show” page on Facebook so you can post pictures and descriptions of what you are bringing!
