DSP Appreciation

Luncheon

As a small gesture of our appreciation for everything Direct Support Professionals do for the people enrolled in our program, we would like to celebrate them at a luncheon! The food will be from Schumaker’s. This luncheon is free for all DSPs in our county.

T-Shirts

Each DSP that works in Coshocton County is eligible to receive a T-Shirt for free! This years shirt was inspired by a combination of multiple ideas from DSPs in Coshocton and Knox counties. We will be passing out the shirts at our DSP Appreciation Luncheon on August 19, 2025. If you cannot attend, we will have them available in our office to pick up after that date.

Independent Providers: please fill out THIS FORM to order your shirt. Orders are due by 7/1/25.

Agency Provider Staff:  Provider Agencies received the t-shirt order form to complete on behalf of their staff.  If you did not give feedback about your shirt size and color, please follow up with your agency administrator. This form is due 7/1/25.
